Environmentally friendly — by using an electronic voting system, paper consumption used in the voting process is decreased. Vote HOA Now’s "green" approach also saves on the energy required to produce, transport, and mail paper ballots to owners.

Privacy — Vote HOA Now is a third party service and provides the separation needed between the voting process and the groups and individuals involved (HOAs, HOA Management Companies, owners).
