Maybe you want 3rd party separation for your vote or you just have better things to do with your time. We setup your vote, add your candidates or issues, report on the status of the vote and assist with voter questions.

Cumulative Voting

If your documents require cumulative voting, Vote HOA Now has you covered! With cumulative voting when you have a vote with multiple open board positions voters have the ability to assign all of their votes to one or more candidates. For example, if there are 5 open board positions a voter could assign all 5 votes to a single candidate or distribute any combination of the 5 votes to the candidates available on the ballot.

Vote Auditing

Want the results verified? We will examine the voting results to look for voting irregularities, such as votes from duplicate IP addresses. It is possible to legitimately have duplicate IP's. In the event of duplicates we will look to see if the results are swayed in any particular direction and report our findings to the designated vote official at the HOA or management company.

Data Clean Up

Bad data? We can help clean up owner data files, checking for duplicates and combining and weighting accounts.
