Full-Service Setup and Management
Our vote managers help you run successful online votes in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost. Your assigned vote manager will:
Load owner/voter data
Import owner data using a CSV file (Excel, save as CSV)
Setup the online ballot
Create the online ballot with issues, candidates, bios, photos and/or link to other documents. Set-up the rules for the vote including: start/stop date, and options for quorum only, write in candidates and proxies.
Manage the vote and send emails
After sending the initial invitation to vote email to all owners, your vote manager will monitor your vote for quorum and send emails to owners that haven’t voted. Once an owner votes they will not receive future emails.
Tabulate and report results
Vote HOA Now tabulates the results automatically so votes are tracked in real-time. There's no time-consuming or complex manual handling or counting of paper ballots — your vote manager will send you weekly quorum updates of the vote and then when it is finished will send you the final results. Plus, it's highly secure so you can be confident there's no vote tampering.

What Our Clients Say!
It was the only Annual meeting I had this season that I walked into the meeting having quorum.
